ENOS onboard: Motor Sailing Vessel Raja Ampat Explorer
The flagship of Indonesia's reknowned dive center GRAND KOMODO provide highest safety for the guests
Since years one of these well-known dive centers is "Grand Komodo" with five liveaboards. To keep the position at the top of the league the first boat of the fleet is now equipped with ENOS-System: the motor sailing vessel "Raja Ampat Explorer". The Wooden Schoner is 33,52 meters long and 7,50 meters wide. This is huge space for maximum 14 divers sleeping in seven cabins which all provide air-condition, bathroom and WC. Beyond diving guests can relax on the spacious sun deck or under the awning or in the air-conditioned lounge with TV, CD/DVD player.
Liveaboard with additional value
In regards to diving this comfort continues without interruption: 20 tanks are available for divers and guides on a platform with shower. Here the equipment can be stored safely and convenient. Two dinghies carry the divers to the famous Indonesian dive spots which are still an attraction specifically for UW photographers. Photographers find a lot of battery charging stations on "Raja Ampat Explorer" as well as a "Camera Work Station" for maintenance in a protected area.
All these benefits are not anymore good enough for the "Grand Komodo" Management. That’s why ENOS was purchased at "boat-show" in January 2018. The liveaboard is exemplary equipped with life-rafts, life buoys, life jackets. But from now on divers are also equipped with first class safety ENOS-System if they are too far swept away by currents.
